I'm not exaggerating with that fact. My reps doubled in about 4 weeks when I started using my ab wheel. In fact, I went from being able to do 7 reps to doing 30 in about 2 months.
Then I started adding 40 pounds on my back and was able to do the same amount of reps as when I started. In 2 months!
Then I tried weightlifting, which I hadn't done in awhile (I'd been doing bodyweight exercises), and my lifts ALL increased because of the increased power in my core.
Do You Really Want 6 Pack Abs?
Ask yourself this; do you really want 6 pack abs? Or at least a midsection that's twice as strong?
