The I-Bike is a stylish bike suitable for beginners to a fitness program. It's quite a compact bike so if you're short of space it should fit into most spaces. Being a Reebok bike you get the option of a number of different styles including orange, blue and black. There are no pre-set programmes but you do get a fitness test function so you can track your progress. It has a magnetic braking system with manual control that lets you select from ten resistance levels.
You can measure your pulse using the hand grips on the handlebars but there are no heart rate control programmes to optimise your training session that can be found on other bikes in this price bracket.
The action of the pedals was surprisingly smooth and the riding position quite comfortable. However, the resistance control is manual which means you have to twist the knob on the column which is not as easy as pressing a button on the console with electronic control systems such as the Reebok 3 Series bike.
The console itself is very futuristic in style but some of our users found it took a few minutes to get used to the display. It shows you all the usual data such as time, distance, speed and pulse. The buttons themselves are pretty straightforward to use.
The two year warranty is what you'd expect for a bike in this price bracket.
Conclusion:
The I-Bike is a great bike for a particular type of user, that is, someone new to exercise with little space. If this isn't you then Bremshey or York bikes will be a better choice for a similar price.

Let's get through all the fluff and cut right to the chase. The simple fact is, the ab wheel has been around for longer than about 90% of fitness products out there today.
Do you know why that is? Because it works!
So here's a little more background information on it.
What Is An Ab Wheel?
If you don't know what one of these things are, it's simple. It consists of a single bar with either 1 or 2 wheels on it.
What you do is put your hands on each side of the bar, with your knees on the ground, roll out, and then back in. It might sound easy, but you're in for quite a surprise when you try it. Believe me, I know I was.
What Does The Ab Wheel Train?
Well, this depends. If you get a cheap one, you can train your abs and lower back, lats, and maybe even your triceps a little bit.
However, if you go with the one that's been proven to outperform any other ab exercise machine on the market, you can also train your hamstrings, shoulders, wrists, forearms, hands, and chest!
You can also see increases on your stability and flexibility as well.
But Really, Why Should I Get One?
I'm the type of person who likes to keep fitness as simple as possible for you, while at the same time allowing you to get in the best shape of your life.
I'm not the type of person that would blindly recommend you something if I never tried it myself or didn't absolutely love it myself. If you want, I can show you pictures of my own wheel that I have at my house.
In my opinion, and the opinion of 5 of the top trainers in the world, the ab wheel I'm recommending to you is not a great ab exercise machine, it's THE BEST ab exercise machine. Hands down.
You can spend over $50 a month to go to a gym, or you can save $40 to buy a product that's going to increase the strength of your abs by double in a few weeks.
Honestly.
I'm not exaggerating with that fact. My reps doubled in about 4 weeks when I started using my ab wheel. In fact, I went from being able to do 7 reps to doing 30 in about 2 months.
Then I started adding 40 pounds on my back and was able to do the same amount of reps as when I started. In 2 months!
Then I tried weightlifting, which I hadn't done in awhile (I'd been doing bodyweight exercises), and my lifts ALL increased because of the increased power in my core.
Do You Really Want 6 Pack Abs?
Ask yourself this; do you really want 6 pack abs? Or at least a midsection that's twice as strong?
If you do, there's no other product I can mention that would get you there quicker. For such a low price, this product was a godsend.
It's easily the best $40 I've ever spent on a fitness product in my life. I would gladly pay at least $150 for it now.
If you are truly serious about getting in shape, you need an ab wheel. It's as simple as that.
