I bought an orange bag and a platinum bag. They seem to be of good quality, but the sole reason I gave a 3 star rating is because the info I read before buying says 28" X 12" X 13", when in fact the bag is only 20" long. I was dissapointed because I bought the bags for size. Amazon: change that information!

- Increase your cardio training to burn fat.A smart way to do this is to split your cardio training session into two small sessions rather than one long period.
